Jésica Etchevarría is a lawyer specialising in private law, a graduate of the University of Buenos Aires School of Law (2004). She completed a postgraduate course on the law of Damages at the Argentine Catholic University School of Law. She is a member of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires.

She previously worked at the Civil and Commercial Court No. 3 (1990-2000) and the Family Court No. 1 (2002) of the San Martín Judicial Department. She also worked at Severnini, Robiola, Grimberg & Larrechea in the Taxation Department. (2003-2005). From October 2007 to December 2009 she was part of Cassagne Abogados, in charge of the coordination of Litigation.

She is now working at the Litigation Department of CEKD, dealing with mortgage foreclosure cases, civil responsibility disputes and other complex cases.
