Rómulo Chiesa is a Member in the Capital Markets Group. Mr. Chiesa has an extensive experience on capital market transactions and corporate matters. 

He obtained his law degree at the University of Buenos Aires, Law School (2001). He attended postgraduate courses on Banking and Business Administration at the Argentine Catholic University (2002) and on Trust and Capital Markets at the Austral University (2004). 

Prior to joining CEKD, he worked at Estudio O´Farrell and participated in several bond offerings, debt restructurings and exchanges, project finance transactions, due diligence processes and term facility agreements.
