Cecilia López Lecube has graduated from the Argentine Catholic University, School of Law (2005). She attended a Postgraduate course in Corporate Law at the Argentine Catholic University (2005) and, among others, the following seminars and conferences: Fifth Annual Seminar regarding Analysis of Corporate Jurisprudence, Legal Doctrine and Strategies; March 2006, Mar del Plata, Argentina; Conference regarding General Resolution 07/05 of the Public Registry of Commerce of the City of Buenos Aires, September 2005, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

She works at CEKD's Corporate Department since 2004. Her practice is focused on, among others, the following tasks: rendering advice to local and foreign companies regarding legal corporate matters; filling and follow up of the relevant presentations with the Public Registry of Commerce; drafting of memoranda regarding legal corporate matters; participating in due diligence processes and drafting the relevant reports; participating in acquisitions and shareholders agreements.
