Alberto Rubio is a member in the Litigation Group. Mr. Rubio is an expert on bankruptcy and restructurings. 

He is currently involved in some of the most notable debt restructurings and bankruptcy proceedings taking place in Argentina. He regularly meets with practitioners, scholars and members of the judiciary who are analyzing new developments in his field of expertise which allows him to be up-to date with all new legal developments in court and out of court precedents. 

He obtained his law degree at the University of Rosario School of Law (1995). He is responsible for several bankruptcy proceedings. He has an extensive experience on court restructuring proceedings (concurso de acreedores), APEs and bankruptcies (quiebras). He pursued graduate courses on Bankruptcy and Restructuring proceedings and actively participates on all National Bankruptcy Conferences.
