Jorge Alejandro Parra received his law degree at the School of Law of the University of Buenos Aires in 1998. 

He is a member of the Bar Association of the city of Buenos Aires and also a member of the Bar Associations of Santa Cruz, San Isidro and the Federal Court of Appeals of San Martin. He is a member of CEKD´s Litigation Department.
