Gerardo Miguez graduated as a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires, School of Law in 1991. From 1993 to 2003 Mr. Miguez worked at Cárdenas, Cassagne & Asociados, Allende & Brea, Abogados, Carregal & Funes de Rioja, Abogados y Alberto Lisdero, Abogados, in its respective labor departments. In 2001 Mr. Miguez worked as foreing associate at Hughes, Hubbard & Reed LLP in Miami. He is member of the "Asociación Argentina de Derecho del Trabajo y de la Seguridad Social". 

Mr. Miguez is well experienced in providing legal advice to companies with respect to labor and social security matters. He has authored several publications related to his area of expertise.
