Alejandro Noblía graduated as a Lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires School of Law in 1996. Mr. Noblía took a postgraduate course at Georgetown University (International Law Institute) and obtained an LL.M. in International and Comparative Law from the Southern Methodist University, School of Law in 1998. Further, in 1999, Mr. Noblía took a postgraduate course in securities and in 2000 a master in Oil & Gas, both at the Argentine Catholic University. Prior to joining CEKD, Mr. Noblía worked at Cárdenas, Cassagne & Asociados for several years. His areas of expertise are Capital Markets and Financial Law.

Mr. Noblía is well experienced in providing legal advice to banks and financial facilities with respect to capital markets and has participated in over 80 financial trust transactions, securitizations and securities offerings in the past years.

He has provided legal counsel to the financial trustee in the reorganization proceedings of Aerolíneas Argentinas S.A. and in the debt restructuring of Piedra del Águila S.A., Edenor S.A., Alto Paraná S.A. and Transportadora de Gas del Norte S.A., among others.
