Pablo Aleman is a Member in the Corporate Group. Mr. Aleman has an extensive experience on banking law and mergers and acquisitions. He also has significant experience advising issuers and underwriters in the issuance and placement of debt and equity securities. 

He obtained his law degree at the top of his class at the Argentine Catholic University Law School and received an LL.M. degree at Harvard Law School (1992-1993). He also attended a Business and Management Program at University of San Andrés (2000). 

Mr. Aleman has over 12 years of experience as a banking, securities and M&A counsel, working at Cárdenas, Cassagne & Asociados (1993 – 1999) and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP (1996). He also worked on the finance department at Telecom Argentina S.A. (1999 – 2002), where he participated in several corporate finance transactions.
