At CEKD we provide legal advice in connection with protection of intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and local and international transfer of technology, as well as intellectual property litigation. We also conduct trademarks and trade-name registrations and searches at the Instituto Nacional de la Propiedad Industrial (Federal Patent and Trademark Office).

One of our partners is considered a leading expert on intellectual property and has authored several books covering intellectual property topics, including “Patent Law,” “Trademark Law,” “License and Transfer of Technology Agreements,” “Antitrust and Direct Regulation of International Transfer of Technology Transactions,” “Regulation of Technical Knowledge” and “Know-how Agreements and EEC Competition Law.”
