CEKD has one of the most prestigious antitrust practices in Argentina, providing antitrust advice to clients in connection with their business activities as well as in pursuing enforcement of antitrust rules and regulations. In addition, since the Antitrust Law No. 25.156 was passed in Argentina, we have actively participated in this field, rendering legal advice to other Argentine law firms as well we actively participate in a large number of complex cases involving antitrust matters from litigation to filings with the Argentine Antitrust Commission. Members of CEKD played an active role in the drafting of antitrust legislation in Argentina.

One of our partners has authored several books covering antitrust topics, including “Antitrust and Defense of Competition,” “The Extraterritorial Effects of Antitrust Law on Transfer of Technology Transactions” and “Antitrust and Direct Regulation of International Transfer of Technology Transactions” and is considered one of Argentina’s leading experts in this field of practice.
