Project finance

Within our capital markets and finance practice we have an active project and lease finance expertise advising clients in all aspects of the financing of facilities and equipment in Argentina. Our members have participated in the financing of infrastructure, power generation assets, toll roads, real estate developments and mining projects, among others. The Firm has lease financing experience and has represented lessees, equity investors, lenders and underwriters in lease financings of aircraft, electric generation assets, real estate, satellites, telecommunication and other equipment and facilities.

Our practice includes the negotiating and organizing joint venture arrangements, project contracts and financing agreements and drafting offering materials. In connection with this practice we provide advice in connection with tax, securities, labor and regulatory matters to sponsors, investors, financing parties and service providers.
