In addition to our merger and acquisition practice, we have one of the most prominent corporate practices in the Republic of Argentina. We provide general corporate advice to our clients on a permanent basis. Our corporate practice includes the formation, structuring and reorganization of corporate entities as well as advice to corporate clients engaged in a wide variety of commercial activities and complex corporate litigation.

At CEKD we provide legal advice to clients in the organization of their business activities, including drafting of articles of incorporation, by-laws, shareholders agreements and joint ventures, the structuring of holding companies, mergers, bulk transfers, divestitures, spin-offs, disolutions and winding-ups.

Some of our partners authored several books and articles on national and international corporate law publications. Additionally, senior members of CEKD participated in drafting the amendments to the Argentine corporate legislation.
