Labor and Social Security Law

At CEKD we provide labor advice to our local and foreign clients. We provide advice on the drafting of labor agreements with white collar employees (including the drafting of special provisions such as golden parachutes, stock options, bonuses, warrants, among others) and represent several corporate clients in labor law suits in the Buenos Aires district as well as in different provinces in mediating proceedings before the Ministry of Labor in connection with labor disputes.
