Bankruptcy. Insolvency proceedings

We represent clients in connection with insolvency proceedings both as debtors, creditors, acquirers and others under the Bankruptcy Law No. 24,522. CEKD was recently retained by the Central Bank of Argentina to draft the new national legislation on secured transactions for Argentina. Upon the enactment of the new law on secured transactions, such new law would replace the existing regime of loans guaranteed by pledges. The partner in charge of this project has written a book about “Guaranty Rights over Assets”.
