Our practice includes assisting local and offshore clients in structuring and closing real estate investments in Argentina. This representation also involves all types of debt and equity transactions.

At CEKD we advise clients regarding real estate opportunities for development and acquisition, and alternative strategies for expanding, renovating or disposing of their existing real estate holdings. We also advise clients in restructuring and liquidating troubled real estate projects and investments, providing the experience and resources that are necessary to conclude a successful restructuring or pursuit of legal remedies for troubled projects. Within our litigation department CEKD also provides advise to lenders in the foreclosure of real estate properties.
